TERMS, CONDITIONS & REPAIR WARRANTY

These Terms, Conditions & Repair Warranty apply to all services performed by Year Round Leisure Vehicle Service Ltd. unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Effective Date: January 1, 2026

Estimates & Repairs

Estimates are based on the information available at the time of inspection and may change if additional issues are discovered.
If additional repairs are identified, Year Round Leisure will make reasonable efforts to obtain customer authorization before proceeding. In some circumstances, additional repairs may be completed without prior authorization where reasonably necessary to complete the requested service or prevent further damage.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact information and remaining reasonably available to receive communications regarding repair authorization, service updates, and pickup notification.
Labour, diagnostic, and inspection time are billed based on the actual time required.

Parts

New, used, aftermarket, or OEM parts may be used unless otherwise requested.
Parts are covered only by the manufacturer's or supplier's warranty, where applicable.
Year Round Leisure is not responsible for manufacturer backorders, shipping delays, or warranty decisions.

Repair Warranty

Year Round Leisure warrants its workmanship for 30 days from the date of completion. This warranty applies only to the specific repairs performed by Year Round Leisure.
Warranty claims are subject to inspection and approval by Year Round Leisure.
This warranty does not cover normal wear, improper operation or storage, winterization issues, fuel contamination, customer-added fluids or chemicals, misuse, accidents, neglect, repairs by others, or failures unrelated to the original repair.

Storage Policy

Customers will be notified when their machine is ready for pickup using the contact information provided.
If we are unable to reach the customer after making reasonable attempts using the contact information provided, the machine may be considered ready for pickup.
A daily storage fee may apply after a reasonable pickup period has elapsed. Exceptions may be approved when delayed pickup is communicated in advance.

Customer Property & Liability

Vehicles and personal property left with Year Round Leisure remain at the owner's risk.
Year Round Leisure is not responsible for loss or damage caused by theft, fire, vandalism, weather, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for removing personal belongings and valuables before service.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of the work unless otherwise arranged in advance.
Year Round Leisure reserves all rights available under applicable law, including the right to retain possession of the vehicle until payment has been received.

Unclaimed Vehicles

Unclaimed machines may be subject to storage charges and dealt with in accordance with applicable Saskatchewan laws governing repairer's liens and abandoned property.

These Terms, Conditions & Repair Warranty may be updated from time to time. The version in effect on the date the Customer Authorization & Acknowledgement is signed governs the associated work order.
