As a single-operator shop, calls are often answered while work is underway, which may impact tone or clarity.
Any raised voice is solely to overcome shop noise and is not intended to be abrupt.
If you are inquiring about the service of your machine, please provide the year, manufacturer, and model (as best you can) to help us most effectively answer your inquiry.

One parking stall is available on-site, with additional street parking nearby.

For drop-offs, a loading ramp is available at the rear of the building.

For safety reasons, we ask that customers do not enter the shop from the rear, as walking through the shop area can be hazardous.
