Due to the nature of our shop environment, background noise from equipment and engines is common.
As a single-operator shop, calls are often answered while work is underway, which may impact tone or clarity.
Any raised voice is solely to overcome shop noise and is not intended to be abrupt.
One parking stall is available on-site, with additional street parking nearby.

For drop-offs, a loading ramp is available at the rear of the building.

For safety reasons, we ask that customers do not enter the shop from the rear, as walking through the shop area can be hazardous.
Some Wednesday afternoons we may be closed due to other commitments.
We recommend calling in advance to confirm availability before arriving.
